 REVISTRONIC Technology
REVISTRONIC has a strong skill set in technology development,
backed up for more than 15 years of technology development
applied to gaming.
The results of the investment has been the development of
a impressive middleware platform, called PICTURE, for the
new gaming consoles PS3, XBOX360,PC & Wii, Massive Multiplayer
On-line products and Virtual Wolds environments.
REVISTRONIC Game Engines is intended as a powerful tool for
game development, providing artists with state-of-the-art
technologies maintaining an easy-to-use environment.
REVISTRONIC, in order to
be ahead in the videogames business, is developing a new version
of its technology, called PICTURE 4.0. The project is very
important for the competitiveness of the company’s future
developments, increasing in an extraordinary way all the advantages
of the platform in a context of a global integration.
PICTURE 4.0
has been co-funded by the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and
Commerce within the national plan of Scientific Research and
Technological Innovation Development 2008 to 2011 with reference
number IST-020110-2009-355.
We
offer four versions of PICTURE Engine:
" PICTURE VW Engine is a software
multiplatform that enables customers, partners and developers to build
persistent Virtual Worlds where users can collaborate over networks for
communicating, training, rehearsing, analyzing, experimenting,

Generation technology intended for games shipping on latest generation
consoles and PCs; supports DirectX9 and DirectX10, OpenGL on PC,
Xbox360, PS3 and Wii. +info

PICTURE V2 Engine is current generation
technology targeted at today's most extended hardware and consoles;
supports DirectX8 and OpenGL on PC, Xbox, PSP, PS2, and DS.

PICTURE Pont&Click Engine is the
only engine targeted at developing 3D Graphic Adventures.
